If you're reading this, you'd probably like Campaign Monitor. Not all of these apps are built for spammers, by the way. AWeber requires every contact you add to opt in again! Most of these don't integrate with Salesforce, as far as I can tell, but combined with the Mass Update Anything tool that wouldn't be a problem.
