Yo, Lukas, if you like conspiracy theories, you've got to check out Joseph Conrad's _The Secret Agent_. Most importantly, it's a first rate spy thriller, but it's also history--it's loosely based on a failed attempt to blow up the Greenwich Observatory, way back in 1894. The bomber, according to Conrad, planned to use a liquid explosive. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
